She is the founder and CEO of TME Staffing & Consulting a New York–based consulting firm dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through workforce development, leadership training, and community partnerships.
Tara earned her Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and has built a distinguished career focused on employee engagement, case management, and strategic program development. Her professional journey includes impactful roles with Northwell Health and SCO Family of Services, where she led initiatives in quality management, client advocacy, and outreach for vulnerable populations.
As a Certified Federal Work-Study Trainer and mentor, Tara is passionate about equipping future professionals with the skills and confidence to thrive in competitive industries. She is also recognized for her collaborative work with organizations such as Family Residence Essential Enterprises (FREE), Family Service League, and Helping Hands of Long Island, advancing workforce readiness and community impact programs.
